We were always taught to make Judaism not just a part of life, but a way of life. The very essence of who we are has been determined by our Judaic depth. Therefore, Jewish education and its continuing need is the focal point of our energies. If we are successful at achieving these goals, all other ingredients for a quality, well-balanced life will fall into place.

It is not enough to build Jewish institutions without a deep rooted understanding of who we are a people, what we stand for and what our purpose is. As long as we constantly strive to answer these questions, we as individuals and as a people will always be aspiring to a higher level. It is with these thoughts in mind that we have a chance to leave the world a better place than we found it and give life and fulfilled meaning to the words, “chosen people.”
