HEAR THE OHIO JEWISH CHRONICLE VIA VOICE CORPS

The Charlotte and Ben Kahn Endowment Fund of the Columbus Jewish Foundation Offers Hope for Sight Impaired in Columbus

Serving the Central Ohio’s Jewish community since 1922, the Ohio Jewish Chronicle’s Thursday publication date is a highlight for many members of our community. Those community members struggling with vision impairments need no longer struggle with a magnifying glass or another reading device to get their Jewish community news. The Charlotte and Ben Kahn Endowment Fund for the Sight Impaired of the Columbus Jewish Foundation provides important funding to Voicecorps Reading Service: Audio Access to the World (formerly Central Ohio Radio Reading Service) to support the broadcast of the Ohio Jewish Chronicle each week. Broadcasts can be heard each Thursday at 3pm and again on Friday morning at 3am. To find out how you can access this important public service via special receivers or by internet audio streaming, please contact Voicecorps at 614-247-7650 or visit Voicecorps on the web at www.voicecorps.org

The Columbus Jewish Foundation is dedicated to building permanent community resources to secure the stability and continuity of Jewish life in Columbus and abroad.

To find out more about how you can make a difference in the lives of Jews right here in Columbus and throughout the world, please contact Jackie Jacobs, Executive Director of the Columbus Jewish Foundation at  614-338-2365 or e-mail jjacobs@tcjf.org.
