Green Lawn Cemetery
Green Lawn, the second largest cemetery in Ohio, is a historically significant place of natural beauty and outstanding architectural monuments. It also is the burial place of numerous Columbus historical figures, including many from the Jewish community. David Binkovitz will highlight the beauty of Green Lawn and share the history of its inhabitants. Generations of Temple Israel families are buried in Sections 44 and 91 of Greenlawn Cemetery. Binkovitz is a Columbus Landmarks Foundation educator and member of the Columbus Jewish Historical Society. October 3 at Bexley Public Library, 2411 E.
