Godofsky Scholar Selected

Martin and Leah Godofsky, who kept Columbus Kosher for nearly 50 years, left more than savory memories as their legacy.  A Foundation scholarship fund memorializes Leah’s parents, Clara and Abraham Metchnick.  The Melton Center for Jewish Studies selects the recipient, which goes this year to Sasha Zborovsky, a  second-year OSU student double-majoring in History and English, with a minor in Hebrew.  Zborosvky shares the Godofskys’ spirit of giving:  she is philanthropy chair for the AEPhi sorority.
