Community Shelter Board Site Visit

Twenty Foundation lay leaders and staff toured the Community Shelter Board’s homeless shelter on March 31.  The Community Shelter Board is a change-leader, known for accountability and high standards. Its model works, but is severely strained.   The Foundation delegates left more firmly committed to engaging the Foundation in the community’s collective campaign to end homelessness.
Following the tour, a check from the Jack Roth Mitzvah Fund was presented in support of the Community Shelter Board’s important work.
