Celebrating the Wallick Legacy

In 1966, Jack Wallick worked for a New Orleans-based contractor that became financially insolvent, leaving numerous unfinished projects in Ohio. Jack formed Wallick Construction Co. and finished the work because “it was the right thing to do.”  Jack was later joined by Sandy Goldston. They grew the company into one of the most respected and trusted affordable housing and senior living real estate firms in the nation.  We congratulate Jack’s children, Julie and Howard, and CEO Tom Feusse, for perpetuating the Wallick Communities’ great legacy.
Wallick Communities: “It was not just bricks and mortar.  It was about the people, making sure they could live with a sense of dignity and security-a place to call home regardless of age or income.”  Joan Wallick
